Having arrived in China for your new job, education, internship or holiday you might be planning to travel to different places within China. There are many different ways to travel in China. You can go by (long distance) bus, by train, by car or even by bike! When you are new to China, it is probably hard to figure everything out by yourself.

I am here to provide you with all sorts of information on travelling in China, from recommended travel agencies, to places that you must see (from touristic places, to the small unknown and untouched places). You’ll also be able to find information here on how the travelling system in China works, if it is better to go by train or by bus or by plane. Times that I recommend you go to certain places, places that are not worthwhile seeing, tips for certain areas and much more!

When you are travelling through China you might want to start hammering on your mandarin skills. It is never a bad idea to be able to say: “Do you know the way to the station?” or “Please show me the way to…” in Chinese.
